Skimmers or multi-cyclones can be supplied to remove and collect coarse dust from the dryer exhaust gases.
Skimmers are better suited to fixed installations, multi-cyclones are ideal for mounting on the dryer chassis' of mobile plants.
Both are designed to remove dust between 75 & 200 µm usually for reintroduction into the mix and to reduce overall wear in the exhaust ducts and secondary stage filter.
Secondary
Talvar secondary fabric filter systems are guaranteed to deliver dust emission levels of less that 20 mg/m³ and enable plants to be sited in the most environmentally sensitive locations.
Reverse air cleaning eliminates the need for a high pressure cleaning system and extends the life of the high temperature resistant filter bags.

Dust Filter

Multi cyclone dust-cleaner :
This system is installed between the drier and the suction, containing:
A) The four- angle frame
B) Dust-cleaner
C) Cyclone blade
D) The pillar, made of welded sheets
E) The chassis, made of a drainpipe
F) Entrance and exit popes
G) Equipped with a blade faucet with a European Electromotor gearbox
 Filter (water) :
To avoid air pollution, smoke and dust, water is transferred from top of the cyclone to the filter, using exhaust pipe. Finally, dust and pollution will be removed.
 Filter (bag) :
This sort of filter is used to collect dust throughout the process. This system contains: a case of clean air, a purging case, filter bag, a case of compressed air, diaphragm faucet, etc. This system is necessary for the factories built in the cities or towns .
